Hard pillows and bad roll together in bed. Seating past it's use by date. The unit felt ready for re-decoration.

Great value hotel, had an incredible stay for the 3 night we stayed. Welcoming staff and quick to respond. Friendly check-in, parking on-site. Not to mention very good wifi! Marvellous and fantastic location for our visit to a merchant house museum not very far from the venue. Good restaurant relatively near the hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff were extremely helpful both before and during my stay and even helped me with an onward reservation elsewhere. The location was perfect for me as there were plenty of eateries within walking distance, and the room was equipped with everything I needed including heating, air conditioning, and cooking utensils. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and inviting.
Families would be pleased to know that this venue would be a great choice for their next getaway.

The facilities were very good and it was within walking distance to all we wanted to do. The staff went out of their way to help and were very friendly. The cleaner would always recognize us and give us a friendly wave when she saw us. There was no pretension but everything was spot on. It was also nice to have real milk when we arrived - and not the UHT milk which we encountered everywhere else.
